About Me

I am based in Suffolk, offering in home lactation services including tongue tie assesment and release in Suffolk, Cambridge, Essex and Norfolk.

I am a Mother of 4 children and a Grandmother to 1, living in Bury St Edmunds. I have 5 dogs and love walks in the countryside with them.

I have spent my whole career working with Mothers and babies. My move into an NHS role began in 2011 working in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) with premature and unwell babies. A large part of my role was around breastfeeding and assisting new babies to learn to breastfeed under challenging circumstances.

I made the move over to Midwifery 13 years ago and for he last 8 years I have been based in postnatal care which I consider my passion and enjoy supporting the running of a busy postnatal ward. 

My love for offering breastfeeding support continued and I became an Internationally Board Certified Lactation Consultant and then expanded this to add Tongue Tie assessment and release in the private sector.

I feel being able to support new families after birth to be a privilege and would love to hear from you if you are requiring Tongue Tie release, feeding support or even just a more personalised service in the early postnatal period.
